On Your Feet Britain is a national activity awareness day.

Over 4.5 billion people—more than half of the world’s population—lack full coverage of essential health services as of 2021.

The International Day of Sport for Development and Peace (IDSDP) takes place annually on 6th April across the globe.

World Autism Awareness Day was sanctioned by the United Nations in 2007, with the first World Autism Awareness Day taking place on 2nd April 2008.

Stress Awareness Month has been held every April since 1992 to raise awareness of the causes of stress.
