International Women’s Day

International Women's Day is a global observance which takes place annually on 8th March as a focal point in celebrating women’s achievements and bringing attention to issues such as gender equality and violence and abuse against women. The day provides an important opportunity for teachers, parents and caregivers to educate and inspire young people to make a positive change.
